Roots + Seeds, offers breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and a fully stocked bar and taproom showcasing the full range of locally brewed, draught Hawkstone beers, lagers, and ciders on tap. Seasonal and classic cocktails made with co-founder, Sam Lawson King’s own London dry gin muddled with his own homemade shrubs, cordials and mixers using locally foraged ingredients are also available along with a carefully curated list of stunning English sparkling and still wines.

Its generous, flavourful, and regularly changing, modern British menus with creative European touches and a strong seasonal focus, showcase the very best fresh and artisan produce from across the Cotswolds region, with sustainably sourced fish and seafood delivered daily form Devon.

Everything on the menus, including vegetarian options, are available to eat in or Grab and Go. There’s also a children’s menu and a regularly changing ‘specials board’ of delicious ‘Field to Fork’ dishes, also dictated by the seasons.
